Gaziano & Girling St. James II pre-order in Vintage Chestnut

We're arranging a pre-order for Gaziano & Girling St. James II in Vintage Chestnut. Gaziano & Girling has recently changed their St. James patterns, but this style will be made up using the old St. James II pattern. Please have a look over in our affiliate thread if you want more details.

Yeah...I know its a tough one. Unfortunately, I do not need any more chukkas.

I'd like to get an espresso or pure black st. james....wholecut....or other dress shoe for more formal attire.

So my black stingray Sinatra's just arrived from Nick. I know there were a few comments questioning the durability of stingray. Having felt the actual shoe, I have to say I can't imagine it being a concern. The stingray is very thick, and very rigid stuff.

How do you take care of stingray?

and I wonder how noticeable the indentations are from far away (AKA be fine wearing with a suit and be okay/maybe pass as a black shoe in certain lighting)
