also, one day, i would like to try bespoke as well. would be a cool experience.


I don't think I'll ever go bespoke. Just can't justify the price. I've got a pretty forgiving set of feet (d width), normal arch, etc. maybe in 30 years when I've got $3k to blow on a single pair

For the guy's going bespoke if you go the Japanese bespoke route I'd seriously consider Hidetaka Fukaya; my close friend has feet which are impossible to size and he got a pair and their are

worthy! I've got similarly marsupialed feet so hopefully in future (whenever that is) I will go bespoke; probably Cleverly or Koji Suzuki.

oh, i forgot to clarify. when i said "one day," i meant if i ever become absurdly wealthy or decide i want to do something that will make my wife lose her mind.

Yep, me too. If you are a good fit in RTW then the only point is to try the bespoke-only makers, or get different detailing that isn't offered in the maker's MTM program
