I'm not hard to fit but shoes with strong shapes tend to be less forgiving.
Not worried about lead time or waiting.........it's not like I don't have anything to wear...........shog[1].gif

As I said........biggrin.gif

Seriously though......yes Neimans has some Lobbs and access to the rest.......but the Lobb store in Dubai has a huge inventory and since I'm there frequently enough no problem accessing Lobb.

Kiton shoes don't do if for me in general.

Edward Green at Sids - yes in limited quantity.

Perhaps I just should have said something kinder such as I'm a bit bored with what we can see in Atlanta. Or to be even more honost; I'm obsessed with the Deco last and anxious to pull the trigger! It's just quite a shape and in my limited experience I find that shoes with strong, angular shapes are a bit less forgiving to fit well.

Regarding your recent purchases!!!!!!worship.gif

Yeah, would be nice - but my trip is last minute, business related, and I have clients in Atlanta on Monday.

But thanks for bringing this up - I'm sure a reminder for the forum is a good thing!

Only thing to say about that is that the Deco is all MTO, and even if you do order, it may take a while...

from what Tony told me the difference between the deco last and the TG73 is that it is a hair longer due to it being slightly pointier and narrower finishing at the toe end, so if your size is good in the TG73, then the same size should be good also in the deco last, i find the TG73 slightly less generous than the MH71 in the width but YMMV

I still like the TG73 as well as the MH71. The GG06 is nice and round, but as I have that already I'm going to branch out a bit.

I think the MH71 is my least favorite last of theirs. It is too in-between to have any character.

I still like them all personally.

Random question about the heel cup size on G&G shoes vs. Edward Green. On the EG 82 and 888, I need an F width for my forefoot, but the the heel cup is too wide. Basically I have to settle for a loose heel in F width, or tight forefoot in E width. This case with most shoes I've tried except (sadly) the Alden Modified last. Would I have the same experience with G&G? I've tried on E width G&G's before, but my guess is that I'm not going to encounter any F widths to try on unless I order them blind on the internet.
