Gaziano & Girling Appreciation & Shoe Appreciation Thread (including reviews, purchases, pictures, etc...) - Page 809

I noticed G&G is launching a few now models including a Jodhpur and a Wingtip Boot. It's up on Instagram, dunno if it's on their site yet.

That jodhpurs is great. I really like it when the strap points down. For some reason it's more symmetrical to be compared to when straps wrap around the ankle.

The GG tumbler has the 6 new styles that they released, including the boots mentioned. Not my cup of tea though...

Can't wait for my Hoves, yours look fantastic...

That's a great looking reverse NST, I'm definitely planning to get a model made up like that in the future.

Excellent shoes!

What's impressive, and I know it has been mentioned, is G&G's ability to make wider widths look as streamlined as the standard. Proportions are very consistent.

Off topic question, how do you guys afford these kinds of shoes?

I mean I could see myself buying it but not now as I'm a student but hopefully one day I could get one.

Just wondering what kinds of day jobs you guys work to have these kinds of shoes.

I doubt all of you are CEOs or are you?

Partly agree, though I'd say that G&G:s standard width is more narrow than most others, which means that the wider F is less wide than many other brands wide fitting lasts.

Priorities. I work in communications and can't say that I earn that good.

Wait for sales. smile.gif

Day job: sit and listen to people... with evaluations here and there. Keeps the clothes clean.

Financial Services. I don't earn that much (relatively), but I am efficient in what I buy and spend on. My only big personal expenses are shoes, ties and tea :).

Good to hear some replies, i sure do hope that my engineering degree would be some help in buying some g&g. For the mean time, does g&g even have sales for that matter?
