We have a little time, so we'll see what happens.

I think it's quite obvious that they do this to minimise the amount of MTO:s. MTO:s stop a effective production line for RTW and G&G takes the same path as Crockett & Jones and Carmina who has a 50% upcharge for MTO. CJ is doing more than fine....

One can only hope that G&G will increase their RTW line and add models in different width, otherwise this new policy is very strange.

As others said. I see no reason to buy G&G MTO when i can have a handwelted and customised shoe from makers like StC, Bestetti, Meccariello and of course Vass semi bespoke.

There was a lot of interest when I first put it up, but since no commitments besides myself and one other by my count.

The mock-up i believe is on the DG70 last, but I was proposing MH71...

oh well, maybe others will take the bait.  I was hoping you would say DG

the 71 doesn't turn out all that great IRL for my 10.5 size

It's open for discussion honestly, I really like the make-up enough to consider last options.

I could probably be persuaded for the hatch grain hove but I prefer it on the mh71. I think the split toe looks better on a squared off toe.

yokay  i'll stay flexible

I have interest in the hatch Hove

Does that make x4 interested in the Hove GMTO then (SoGent, Flake, PCK1, me)?

I am definitely open to last suggestions on it. I dropped the black welt and contrast stitching to make it a simpler choice.

Sad thing is I will only partake in one of the GMTO, so if they both get to x6, I'll have to withdraw from one of them shog[1].gif
