These are mine as well. A little less wild, but I'm still excited. Anyone know anything about caring for pig skin?

chogall, evidently The Force is strong in your biceps. G&G should at least make you new nylon pull tabs for free.

Hello all,

I mentioned this a little earlier in the thread, but I'm thinking of getting a pair of bespoke G&Gs in black and I'd like them to be as versatile as possible, so I can wear them as part of a formal outfit for my wedding, but it would be suitable for wearing in a business setting later on. Right now I'm thinking of a swan's neck on the sides, with a medallion on the toe, but otherwise plain. Thoughts?

This is the swan's neck:

And this is the medallion (possibly - I might reduce it a little).

Group shot!

St. Tropez KN14 in hatch grain
Mayfair TG73 vintage oak
Arran TG73 vintage rioja
Mayfair TG73 black
St. James TG73 vintage cherry
Burnham MH71 vintage oak

The St. James and Burnham weren't part of my original order, but Nick was kind enough to offer them to me as they were made specifically for the G&G catalog shoot and were excess to stock. There's a benefit to having the same shoe size as Tony Gaziano!

Swan neck is perfect.  But IMO medallion on an otherwise plain toe would look awkward.  Why not just an variation of a semibrogue?
