More so than with the somewhat bourgeois prevailing chisel toe, in fact.

Wonderfull. Delos is at LVHM, quite a success from what I hear!
I am not sure anymore if this is a forum or a club.

By the way, in case you need a lesson these are what you think ""bourgeois prevailing chisel toe"", G&G Deco last, TG73, MH71 and DG70, EG 888, JL 8000!!

1. Any post with the word "bourgeois" should be immediately recognised as tongue-in-cheek. Especially in response to the term "commonly pedestrian". I mean, if you really can't see the difference between the Delos lasts and more prevalent round toe lasts then there's little point in entertaining conversation.

2. Absolutely in agreement about the bolded.

3, Not sure what to say except that I prefer the JL7000, GG06, EG82, and Vass F. See in stitches' post.

Yeah, because when someone says something stupid, by no means should they be called on it...?

Sending tins of polish with MTO's can cause difficulties with customs. I once sent a tin in the shoe parcel to the US and customs requested documentation because of the chemicals. This was more hassle than it was worth and delayed the shoes arriving.

The drying of polish for a faster shine is a trick I learned from G&G quite recently. I have not tried it extensively yet though.

Just as Nick says, shoe polish is classified as chemicals and customs just LOVE handling chemicals. shog[1].gif

While we're sidetracking with talk of polishes, how long would you all estimate an opened polish to last in useable condition?
