i mind waiting, A LOT, but i think the understanding with these types of things is that it is longish process, and that sometimes there are delays.

i had more to write, but it came out way to snobby.

When you get used to it,
it easy to place order and forget about it.
Me order shoe last year,
me forget when me place order.
No matter,
it get here one day. redface.gif
Me do overseas bespoke this year and me wait very very long time for shoe,
it not matter,
it come one day.
If me not get bespoke arrive after two year then me get wild. ffffuuuu.gif
One year wait,
it easy.

Thanks. Not a bad way to do it, either.

Well, it is a somewhat unconventional wedding. I will be in a navy suit, not formal wear, and we will be getting married in a pretty rustic location that still has elements of elegance and formality (think farm with a high-end restaurant on site), so I think this should work.

And, if it doesn't, at least I will have some sweet shoes.

I was just watching that last night. "30 Helen's agree that honesty is the best policy . . . or if he owns his own pool cue"

That's my problem. When the shoes arrive and there is a balance due I feel like running to Canada.

Even if it's a % off your next purchase or something, you're paying damn good money for a luxury product. Just my $0.02.

You should be glad that you don't collect handmade pocket knives. In that hobby, delays of several years are common and generally accepted by collectors everywhere. Though in that hobby, deposits are rarely taken by the makers.
