The only difference is up by the toe, but since I sized down an extra half size to help the width and go further up the extended toe box, I just don't want to worry about the more narrow toe box being too tight, otherwise I would have been in for it.

I've got my fingers crossed anyways.

I wear most of my Carmina Rains in 11UK and the width of the foot is 11.7cm and length 30.5cm. I also have a GG Sinatra TG73 in 11.5UK E width.

I was wondering if I go for the ST James II in MH71, should I still get the 11.5UK or order the 11UK in F wide width?

I would assume same size should fit you also for st James. Only difference might be toe box give or take & since you are ok in first last. I would say take same size. Just my two cent.

I'm ok with the longer 11.5UK since it allows the foot to sit well, but this is why I wondered if the F width is better, shorter but wider.

I would say you should stick with same size. From my understanding isnt F & E both are normal width. But that is my two cent.
