They are usually good at matching the outside color, that's what I would have suggested...

No effect on the Burnham GMTO, but I'd be really interested to hear how people's tastes run when it comes to the inside of the shoe. Personally, I love a contrasting inside (with, aside from a few exceptions, sole treatment to match) - don't know why. But I really really REALLY wish G&G would offer some crazier combo options for MTOs.

Besides the ever-delicious red, my dream contrasts are:

Racing green outside, a rich purple or orange inside, sole treatment to match inside
Vintage chestnut, oak or cherry outside, royal blue inside, sole treatment to match inside
Vintage rioja outside, racing green, fuchsia or navy inside, sole to match inside (if navy inside, otherwise more "standard" sole finish)
Black or vintage cedar outside, bright yellow inside, sole to match inside
Navy outside, lime green, fuschia or orange inside, sole to match (if orange inside, otherwise more "standard" sole finish)

A guy can dream ... satisfied.gif

Anyone else's taste run this way?

I also have Isham in brown alpine grain with navy lining.

I've always found a natural lining the nicest to be honest, call me boring.

People should also know that colorful lining is only a rear part of the shoe so to speak including the sock liner. The forefoot is lined with the natural color?

What he said. Glad this is a go and the timing works well for payment by end of Feb. as it allows me to maybe squeak in a Bonafe boot MTO.
