Doesn't look like it worked for you. If it did you would be a cowboy.

Always thought smoking was foolish. But the companies put out interesting commercials.

I have no ideas what bills you're referencing. I know the last few presidencies, democrat and republican, have seen to it that five or so organizations are allowed to own almost 100% of the media. I find that troubling.

I don't believe Republicans are better for unions -- most ardently oppose and vilify them, unless we're talking about police unions, because USA! USA!

nah you haven't heard? fox news is a scam perpetrated by our jewish lizard overlords. you have to go to the real media like The Anti Media and the Right Stuff not to mention the staples like Breitbart and real reporters like Alex Jones

all these sheep following MSM. tsk tsk

Trump has been talking exactly (word to word) the same political-economic opinions about US for the past 30+ years. He has been asked if he would run for over 30 years.
Who knows why he finally did it at the age of 70. Only Trump knows

Media company would be a good way out , but I would not hold my breath as he is shallow entertainer at heart, so his channels would be filled with reality TV crap.

the level of self delusion you need to believe this is just outstanding

Only one small paragraph mentions foreign donors bundling donations to Clintons and how it is widely cheered on by Clinton campaign managers- minus for Clinton.
Overall positive write up for Clinton with derogatory mention of Trump.
Clinton News Network

So who is the operative at Clinton News Network covering this? Let's give it to Teddy Shleifer (former Obama intern), to write this up and approve with Clintons. Afterall he already proved himself to be reliable slimy scumbag making his way through Washington ranks on the way to some stink tank filled with intellectually bankrupt cunts.

to be clear i wasn't arguing with you or your source. that figure has some degree of fuzz since (as you point out) there is a spectrum of religious commitment.

Wojt, just wondering, if you'd choose Brietbart over fox most of the time, what is your main source of news?

Thanks. I was going by a much older Pew, from memory, to boot. And the number did include a percentage of vaguely 'spiritual' people somehow aligned with Christianity.

I still marvel at how a religious majority, bullies catered to at every level, can believe themselves a noble quasi-minority constantly under attack.

I've read several articules @Breitbart and none really stroke me as some loony shit all were pretty reasonable.

Compared to that Infowars are tinfoil fest. FRom time to time Alex Jones mixes in some relevant commentary but overall he caters too much to less sane part of his audience. This is imo calculated effort.

From the Fox bits I probably enjoy the most Bill O'Reilly he seems decent at times, he is quite smart for a reporter imo. BUt again he might have said tons of stupid shit and it skipped my attention because i don't really follow FOX just occasionally.

I watch too much news/political commentary really

a bit of big networks from time to time ranging from CNN to RT, a lot of new media commentators from typically liberal like Bill Maher, through more center-right and ending at Milo(though he is more of an entertainer). Plus some articles people post in CE. I don't have one source if I find a that topic interests me I try to get multiple POV on it.

Not all versions of Christianity are fungible and "right minded" people do indeed like to look down their noses at evangelicals, Mormons, conservative Catholics, etc. Right minded people understand the Bible actually promoted gay marriage, multiple sexual partners, etc. and was an entirely non-judgmental religion and only retrogrades get judgey.

The portion of people that actually hold to "traditional" Christian views are ever shrinking and I would not be surprised if they're actually a minority. This is the opposite example of saying, "Obama is POTUS so therefore racism is gone." It's not every Xtian making the above claim, but rather a minority sub-set of folks that identify as Xtian, and if you don't think their views are not subject to ridicule and discrimination by many you're not paying attention.
