Am I the only one who was distracted by his tie length? What's the excuse? Did he grab an XL by mistake? Just retie it for goodness sake!

Obama also looks good on selfies , talks about himself in third person (as in: but Obama is a cool president...) and considers himself a candidate for Mt. Rushmore in his own words.
While I think your comparison is valid: one sociopath vs another. Yet , somehow if these two were running for pres. I would still take my chances with Trump-sociopath who has accomplished something in his life vs. Obama-sociopath skating on affirmative action throughout his life and suing his way into politics.

Israel is less in the wrong that countries that keep harrasing it, but yeah if my tax dollars would go to places like Turkey/Isreal/ Pakistan/buttfuck nowhere I wouldnt be happy about that.

well nick don't mistake me for someone from bomb Iran crowd, I think Iran did decent job minding its own buisness for the most part and I wish them well

But I understand jews and shit they have to deal to for several decades now I think they have been reasonable and measured not all of the time but most of the time, and Israel gets flak from EU and west all the time while the same people kiss asses of Saudis and for example make them heads of UN human rights comitee (LOL)

Hypothetically there's a middle ground between the default US position of utterly uncritical and unconditional support for Israel and being an antisemite.

If anyone could offer a rational case for why the US ought to be spending ~$7k billion/year supporting a First World country that hasn't seriously been facing an existential threat in at least 20 years, I'd love to hear it.

While there are certainly anti-Semites that oppose Israel, doing so is not not anti-semiticism in and of itself. That's just a line used to shut up any arguments against it. Similarly, Zionist is a term thrown around to shut up any argument for Israel, while it remains the case that there is a clear distinction between supporting Israel and being a Zionist. It's also rather unfair to propose that not opposing all atrocities worldwide invalidates any criticism of a specific issue.

None of this is really relevant because earlier trump said he would negotiate and didn't take a strong stance, now he is, who knows which face will be that of the elected trump.

Note that my posts contain verbs and nouns (i.e. facts), whilst yours contain adjectives (i.e. emotional pejoratives).  Here are some realities for you:

1.  Most American Jews reject your position that Zionist Israeli hardliners can do no wrong.  Are they "anti-semitic"?

2.  Many Israeli Jews reject your position that Zionist Israeli hardliners can do no wrong.  Are they "anti-semitic"?

3.  The overwhelming majority of the countries of the world reject your position that Zionist Israeli hardliners can do no wrong.  Is the entire world "anti-semitic"?

4.  Blind supporters of Zionist Israeli hardliners cannot have it both ways: they cannot present an image of Israel as a secular democracy where Arabs, Christians and Jews have equal rights, but at the same time smear anyone who dares utter a single critical word against its hardline government as "anti-semitic".  Such utterances reveal the same unwillingness to maturely and intelligently discuss reality as those who smear anyone who disagrees with Barack Obama's policies as "racist" or Hillary Clinton's proposals as "sexist".
