I don't see how it's not legal to assault Scott Stapp freely.

But you're right. I really should take much more seriously the incandescent ideas and profundity of human emotions that make people want Trump to be president. I'm going to go mediate deeply on the very notion of a 1,900-mile wall as the new, American version of the dynamic sublime. And then I'll ponder the economic brilliance of insisting that another sovereign country pay for something because of a trade deficit.

Oh yeaa, you are going to mediate deeply?
(That is where liberal arts degrees become useful when one wants to mediate sublime and deeply. Talking about liberal caricature)

Stop trying to argue with medwed - he isn't really interested in having an actual discussion.

Correction: I am not interested in robotic platitudes and hysterical rehearsed outrage of some young adults posting here.

Gang rape in Boston - Trump ad in the making. Technically not Mexico, but I doubt he would care.

In my defense, the only thing I said to him was, "wrong thread, numbnuts." Otherwise, I was shooting the shit with Piob.

Term limits! We need term limits!

The Republican presidential front-runner, for the first time, listed five of the people who are part of a team, chaired by Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.), counseling him on foreign affairs and helping to shape his policies. They are Keith Kellogg, Carter Page, George Papadopoulos, Walid Phares and Joseph E. Schmitz.

Holy shit--isn't that Webster's adoptive dad?

It's a complete disconnect from reality. Next will he say that he was born poor, is self made, and has been married once?

Perception is reality not the polls. That is why Trump keeps repeating it. That is why Al Sharpton's little helpers show up at his rallies holding "Black Lives Matter" placards. Perception is reality, you create your own if it suits your needs.

I don't know anything about Walid Phares aside from a cursory Google search. Neocon interventionist stooge with Lebanese-Christian identity as a deflective shield? Or a lot more interesting than that?

Does the internal politics of any other country generate such interest in the rest of the world than the US?

Russia used to but Putin solved the issue of politics
