Won't be Cruz.  They hate each other.  It will be Hills.  If she wins, she's pres, if he wins, he steps down and she's pres.

What's with all the violence at Trump rallies now?
Haven't had any time to look into them in depth, but there seem to be a bunch of editorials comparing the people who infiltrate and disrupt Trump's rallies to Nazis.

Yes, it's true that the Nazis were famous for infiltrating the rallies of their opponents and starting fights, to deny them their rights to assembly and speech, but the comparison is still really over the top.

Yeah it's not fair. The communists did this too.

Today's "protest"

It seems like there will be more and more "protests" as Trump goes on.

And IMO, it doesn't hurt him any.

The more protests against Trump the more ardent his followers will become.

Look at Ted Cruz's Facebook: blaming Trump for Chicago didn't do Cruz any favors

I'm almost positive Trump scheduled that Chicago rally precisely to have a large number of protesters. Why else would he pick an arena on a college campus on the West side of Chicago? With the Ohio and Florida primaries coming up on Tuesday, he's assured the media talks about nothing but him all weekend long.

At this point, the only way to stop him would be perhaps to find something positive he's said in the past about Muslims. Then there might be some portion of followers who will pause for a second.

He's blamed Sanders supporters and called on Sanders to control his mignons of communist zombies. And yet, when he encourages people to strike the protestors and promises to pay the subsequent legal fees, it only comes down to personal responsibility of his supporters. Amazing.

Back in December Trump was asked about the nuclear triad.
Quote:
Hugh Hewitt: "What's your priority among our nuclear triad?"

Trump: "Well, first of all, I think we need somebody absolutely that we can trust, who is totally responsible, who really knows what he or she is doing. That is so powerful and so important.

"And one of the things that I'm frankly most proud of is that in 2003, 2004, I was totally against going into Iraq because you're going to destabilize the Middle East. I called it. I called it very strongly. And it was very important.

"But we have to be extremely vigilant and extremely careful when it comes to nuclear. Nuclear changes the whole ballgame. Frankly, I would have said get out of Syria; get out – if we didn't have the power of weaponry today. The power is so massive that we can't just leave areas that 50 years ago or 75 years ago we wouldn't care. It was hand-to-hand combat.

"The biggest problem this world has today is not President Obama with global warming, which is inconceivable, this is what he's saying. The biggest problem we have is nuclear – nuclear proliferation and having some maniac, having some madman go out and get a nuclear weapon. That's in my opinion, that is the single biggest problem that our country faces right now."

Hewitt: "Of the three legs of the triad, though, do you have a priority? I want to go to Sen. Rubio after that and ask him."

Trump: "I think – I think, for me, nuclear is just the power, the devastation is very important to me."

This might be the dumbest answer ever. Of course, it didn't affect anything.

Trump: Look, submarines go underwater. Do you think it's safe to get your nuclear missiles wet? I'd demand an investigation Day One of a Trump presidency!
