Romney killed the man with cancer working in the factory, don't you remember?

Don't take it personal. No one's views seem to matter when they diverge from the party line (whatever party and whatever line that might be).

(By the way, that's my nice way of calling something stupid.) Sure, the affective form of resentment might look the same if you ignore the actual trajectory of that resentment. But building a wall to keep out Mexicans (many of whom are would-be rapists) =! single-payer universal health care coverage. Resentment against Muslims =! resentment against profiteering that finds ever more byzantine ways to avoid paying taxes.
This is true, and it probably cuts closer to what Piob was trying to gesture toward. Probably hugely important to note that Bernie has--as far as I can tell--never displayed this kind of affect at all. So there's a disconnect between the comportment of the candidate himself vs. that of (an annoying contingent of) his supporters.

The similarity is that the locus is equivalent, i.e. external and nefarious. What I would like to say to many folks from both the hardcore Bernie camp and the hardcore Trump camp is, "You know it just might be you that fucked up your life and not (the rapist Mexican who stole your job / the non-existent CEO boogeyman that exported your job)? You know it's up to you how you decided to live your life, and just possibly, you're not that special and were never going to succeed in the first place."

Such as smart thing to say as your country heads towards Russian model of oligarchy.
Stop with your entitlement millennials!

Did Trump say something about his junk? My Twitter feed is lighting up but without a detailed explanation.

I'm so glad I don't do Twitter.

This from the live blog must be it:

Trump says Rubio has said he has small hands and therefore that something else on his body was small.

"Let me tell you, I guarantee there's no problem," he says.

I'll take that bet.

You can tell Rubio, Fox and Cruz all planned on what to say and agreed to hammer away on the off the record recordings, but it just doesn't have a bite with anyone.

Someone needs to create a video of Trump with the audio from Jim Morrison's rant.  It would work.

"You're all a bunch of f***ing idiots!  Let people tell you what you're gonna do. Let people push you around. How long do you think its gonna last? How long are you gonna let it go on? How long are you gonna let them push you around. Maybe you love it. Maybe you like being pushed around. Maybe you love getting your face stuck in the shit.  You're all a bunch of slaves. Bunch of slaves. Letting everybody push you around.  What are you gonna do about it? What are you gonna do about it...What are you gonna do?

Now listen! I used to think the whole thing was a big joke. I used to think it was something to laugh about. And then the last couple of nights I met some people who were doing somethin'! They're tryin' to change the world! And I wanna get on that trip! I wanna change the world. Wanna change it.

The next thing we're gonna do is take over all the schools!

Hey, I can't believe all those people sitting way up there, man - why don't you all come down and get with us, man? Come on! ... What ... What are you ... in the fifty cent section or what?! Come on!

Now listen, I'm not talkin' about no revolution, an' I'm not talkin' about no demonstration! I'm talkin' about having fun! I'm talkin' about dancin'! I wanna see you people get up and dance! I wanna see you people dancin' in the street this summer! I wanna see you have some fun. I wanna see you run around. I wanna see you paint the town. I wanna see you ringin' out. I wanna see you shout. I wanna see some fun. I wanna see some fun from everyone.  We want the same thing, don't we?  We want the same thing. We want the whole hog, don't we babe?

I wanna see some fun, wanna see some dancin'! There are no rules, there are no laws, do whatever you wanna do! Do it!

I'd f*** her but she's too young!  Now listen, anybody that wants to come up here and join us and do some dancin', have some fun, just get on up here! Come on!"

Gee, no mention of Global Warming or BLM at the debate.

I hereby pledge to support the GOP nominee, no matter who it is smile.gif
