Which candidate(s) do you believe would resist executive overreach?

Cruz, Carson, possibly Kasich.

Obama's executive orders have set the stage for President Trump to become our own Louis XIV. The Emperor will rule by executive decree.

Unintended consequences and all that.

Cruz and former candidate Paul. Probably Carson and Kasich too; they aren't bold enough to do anything through an EA. An executive action that flies in the face of immigration law and what some argue is a constitutional duty to protect us from invasion, even if that invasion is not of military nature, cannot be compared to an executive action that is pursuant to those duties. There is no merit to an executive action that would abolish the 2nd Amendment, but you could make a case for an executive action that disposes of a previous EA that attempted to take away 2nd Amendment rights. It's not a matter of liking my brand of authority, it just so happens that one political party somewhat aligns with the constitution and the other does not. They are starting to admit that they're socialists. It won't be long before they admit they want to abolish entire parts of the constitution.

I have a great way to decrease violent crime in El Salvador. Legalize drugs.

Ergo, Second Amendment.

I definitely think that changing our drug policies can impact violent crime in Central America. Immigration is not an isolated issue. "Build a wall. Fixed!" It's complex and requires looking at stuff, like our drug laws, which are a few steps removed, but clearly impact immigration.

I know a bunch of Salvi's, and legalizing drugs won't help much. The place is a shithole with lots of corruption, and extortion. I know some homeowners who have to give money to gang members to be "protected." In Los Angeles you have a free clinic called Clinica Monsenor Oscar A Romero. It was named like that to honor Salvi Archbishop Oscar Romero. He spoke up against the violence, and the government decided to punch his ticket. Only way to stop the violence there is to overthrow the government, but if you do that you will open up another can of worms, because Salvis like many Central Americans have very pro-marxist views. That's why for the most part people from down there who come to America vote Democrat, because it aligns closest with their beliefs.

He has strong support among Democrats and minorities. If he gets the nomination, he will probably be president.

I was watching some original Law & Order over the weekend.  Fred made a great DA.  Why can't they kill off the other stupid iterations of L&O and bring back the original?
