Two incredibly simple things. Cold lean meats and vegetables. Buy lean meats and bring bbq sauce. Quick and easy and great for you. Protein will keep you full longer than carbs. Also, peanuts, almonds, peanut butter, nuts in general. Avoid "white" carbs- they won't keep you full! "Good" fats, proteins, whatever you can do. If you have a fridge, bring yogurt and honey. Great snack.
