What shops/sights should I go/view when I head down to NYC

Guys, am going to spend 7 days in NYC. So fire away on what are the stores/shops that are definitely worth visiting when I head down. Feel free to throw in some landmarks too.

Here's what I've got so far:

John Lobb
Bergdorf (any idea which is the best)
Barneys (ditto)
Alden
Crockett & Jones
Thom Browne
RRL
Brooks Brothers (to check out the Black Fleece selection)
Leffot


Sites:
MOMA
American Natural History Museum
Ground Zero?
