Just put down 4 miles and feel good. A little sore...but did it relatively pain free without having to alter my stride at all.

I just finished healing from two broken toes. Doctor told me as a rule of thumb it takes 6 weeks for them to completely heal. Nothing you can do can make this go faster, but if you don't stay off them it can prolong the process.

I broke my toe once and they didn't bother doing anything, bit like a broken rib. My broken ankle on the other hand had 12 pins and a metal plate, 7 months on and i can just about walk without a limp!
