Rabbit Ears
UHF/VHF Switch
Cable Box with buttons on the top and red lighting for the numbers (shit I remember when we first got one, I thought it was big time shit)
TV Guides being delivered every week (I always got excited when the new one showed up in the mail and spend my time thumbing thru it, figuring out what to watch that week).

Just some of the stuff I watched as a youngster.

Some of these programs were before my time, but I spent a lot of my youth with my great grandparents and they watched a lot of the older shows so I grew up with them.

Who remembers having to hold on to the rabbit ears and stand there in order to get the reception right?

I also remember my dad taking the back off the television, pulling all the tubes out of their sockets and taking them to a tester thingy at the hardware store. Find the faulty tube, replace it from the store's stock, head home and replace all the tubes and voila!

TV works again!

Tubes? What are those? Like LEDs?
