I'm thinking about making a stencil of Kanye's Graduation Bear: http://www.play.com/Clothing/T-Shirts/4-/9881755/-/Product.html

Any thoughts on how to make a spray paint stencil? I'm going to use a plain white t-shirt, and make the light parts of the bear's head black (shades, etc.) and keep the brown parts brown. Also, does anyone have a recommendation for a specific spray paint brand?

Those look pretty good. You just put them through the washing machine? I was thinking about trying that with a sweatshirt and try to do something like this

Bisco's gone downhill but it's still a blast.  Haven't decided if I want to get one more year in or not

Having lost a couple jackets at bars/lounges before and seeing Toasty's pic wearing a Rick Owens jacket by the internal strap I'm thinking about doing this to a jacket of mine. The problem is, I don't want to do it on any of my nicer jackets in case I screw up. Haha. I also worry about not getting the length right, the attachment points being noticable on the outside, getting a nice material for the strap that won't look out of place, etc.

And in case someone says get a RO jacket, I won't. It just doesn't fit my style at all.

Thatoneguy did that already in this thread I think, check back for tips

Looking to make a lightweight scarf with a fabric that has metallic blend. Preferably a blend(linen or cotton with metal) fabric. Any sites online that i should be looking at?

I crumpled/balled them up with rubberbands and put them in a bucket of dye or bleach/water for only a few minutes. I then let them hang dry before giving them in a go in the washing machine.

Had a really old pair of Converse Dr Jays that were originally red/white/blue. Spray painted them gold like 5 years ago. Wore them to concerts and whatnot. They didn't flake all that much until recently. So when they finally started to look cruddy I sanded them down, rubbed them with alcohol, and re-sprayed them blue. We'll see how long they last this time.

I shoe goo the heels of all my sneakers (especially the ones I ride BMX in because my shoes double as my brakes). But I just don't wear these that much, only at raves really
