This is an ORIGINAL U.S. military coat that is ideal for spring! It's a beautiful dark faded olive wool that looks like a deep greenish grey. It's not a repro or retro wear, but an authentic military jacket that's got style to spare! It's a size 38 and very nicely fitted. It wears as though it were a tailored fit. Space enough to layer with sweaters underneath, but slim enough that it will not look bulky at all. I will post more photos shortly. It's unlined, so definitely not a coat for January-February if you live on the upper east coast, but ideal for the autumn and spring. Up close, the coat looks a bit more dark olive-grey with some deep camel colored tones. I will take a close-up of the fabric as well as some snaps of the interior so that you can actually see the military stamped detailing on the inner wool. It's a beautiful coat and right now is the perfect time of year to be wearing it out in style! Measurements: Chest is 19" buttoned tight. It can be let out a bit if needed but as mentioned above, the overcoat has a tailored fit. Not restrictive at all though... I'm 5'9" and 145lbs, I've only worn the coat all of three or four times before, but for my size, it fits like a glove. Shoulders are 19" along the contours (not measured straight across the back seam). And the length is 32" from the top on the inner lining all the way down. P.M. or post below for any other info/requests ASKING: USD $70
EDIT: ** UPDATED PHOTOS BELOW ** I believe that mdg137 is correct about it's origins. This appears to be a Swedish military overcoat, probably from the 1960s. It was purchased from a huge lot collection, one of the largest vintage costume collections on the east coast that was sourced for film and television productions. I had access to the storage warehouse to pick through. This is not your average thrift find. It's been stored in immaculate condition and is absolutely dead cool!

can you post a fit picture? I am shorter than you, so just want to see how it might look visually... (32inch is kind long for me)
