yeah... still wearing the first pair of selvedge chinos. the crotch is beginning to disintegrate but ill probably have my tailor patch it up with a sheet of shell cordovan

due to a crazy shipping mixup i still dont have my denim selvedge chinos. i wanted to do a comparison but they are lost in trnasit. hopefully usps finds them frown.gif

finally got my denim selvedge officer chinos in ...

these are GINORMOUS for a 28 and they fit like a 30 or 31 lol. it fits like the very original limited edition selvedge officer chinos that were released like 3 or 4 seasons back.

so if you can size down do it. i cant since this is the smallest size. not sure if i will get them altered or just try to wash and dry them and hope they shrink (apparently these are sanforized frown.gif )

the upgraded hardware is real nice. super sturdy and looks great.

did you keep these. my RRL guy in SF is trying to get me to buy a pair but I dont feel like investing $300 on a pair of pants

i did it for you, svb. .... for you. snapped the pic at Teton National Forest. I believe thats the Teton Glacier right behind me which is supposed to be the highest point in the yellowstone, teton, jackson valley. Love Jackson, WY. The RRL feel at home there

ultimately concluded they needed to be tapered below the knee

+1 to the taper. I fought it for months but glad I made the plunge. makes for a cleaner fit and im not a fan of the leg "swashing" around

which ones? Wingtip boots?

if so, its either Alden Ravello Shortwing boot from theshoemart.com or its the Lindrick, made by C&J for RL
