I've not handled that fabric, but I've tried on the chino in two other fabrics. The fit is quite different--higher rise, more room in thigh, and wider from knee all the way down. Basically a "true" straight leg, where the RRLs are more of a slim straight--though to be fair not *that* slim, esp if you are actually skinny.

that's bad, man. either bite the bullet and wash 'em, or have the waist/seat taken in again.

my saggy arse is not good but its not that bad ...

Lol. I've worn these about 165 times. The seam the bisects the seat is also coming apart. Makes for an unflattering fit pic. Atleast from the back

Winner of this contest must be able to demonstrate the biggest diaper load rotflmao.gif

yeah whats going on with this contest anyway? i havent posted in a long time but looks like it will be NAMOR or svb anyways

havent heard from blkblk in quite a while
post #774 of 1018

I'm going to go out on a limb and predict NAMOR as the eventual winner. He wears his like every day. I didn't really expect to win this one as I simply don't have that kind of dedication.

+1 at the rate he's wearing his RRLs, he's gonna need another pair soon.

I believe he already has two backups.

FYI - Context has some 31s in stock. But no 30s, which is what I think I really need after wading around in these 32s the last couple of weeks.

THANK YOU so much for this. Just called and picked up the 31s- based on the measurements in this thread they should fit me perfectly but I'll probably have to be like y'all and have them taken in as they stretch. I wear a 32 with a taken-in waist in Howard Yount pants so this is probably good..

Finally get to have these after like, a six month odyssey .

On a side note, if they are too big I will end up having some 31 RRL Selvedge Chinos to sell.
