is the material between the LE and the current noticeably different?

Boot is Grenson Sharp. Yeah their is a noticeable difference. The LE is a 128x128 weave while the current model is 128x68? The LE feels thicker

damnit did i miss a sale on cool socks?

i might have to get a pair of current chinos to see the difference, especially if it's lighter weight. probably overkill tho, but the last few weeks the LEs were too heavy

believe it or not the pic above (today) was the first time i wore them to the office. most of the time i am wearing wool trousers, but i decided to implement my own version of casual friday. received tons of compliments. one girl asked where she can get her BF a pair. i just said ralph lauren. didn't feel like telling her i bought em off some dude on a fashion forum.

Apologies for the noobish question but can someone with a 32 post BiG measurements?
33 waist
12 thigh
9 knee
8.5 leg opening

I had the 30, and 31 and ended up getting rid of both.

Not much difference in the 31 and 32 as far as waist goes, but the thigh is slightly bigger.

glad i snagged the 31s. tnx again, Mr. Fingers. pre-soak fit was satisfactory. they've just been hot soaked & current drying.

i'm not in this contest, but i just thought i'd share some pre-soak fit pix:

fit looks good, I prefer the cuffed side myself.

I've got a solid week of wear into my new chinos and really loving them so far. Super comfy and they look great with just about every shirt I own. They have allowed me to wear my collection of blue chambray shirts without the "Canadian tuxedo" comment I was getting a little too much at work when I was wearing my jeans with them.

looks really good

keep the cuff and show off that selvedge line icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Looks good. I would either cuff or hem. The officer chino doesnt look with a stacking leg.
Real nice fit IIIrdicon. Pretty much exactly how mine fits me. These chinos look very good with those boots and the boots that Namor wears and with the cuffs.
definitely cuff, now speaking of which, how much do you guys cuff, I think NAMOR did 1.75
