Buday ... IMO a very under appreciated brand ... quality that rivals all the top English brands - Santoni limited - Saint C - Tops Vass in my book. This is maybe my 10th wear and notice none of those typical shell cordovan rolls and creases. Also very reasonably priced.

Just found this thread. Not sure how active it is, but thought I'd post a picture of some shoes I recently finished for my wife. Norwegian welt, mid-sole and crepe out-sole. All hand stitched (upper, in-seaming, out-seaming).

Been making shoes for about a year now as a hobby, so still very much a novice. My wife's hoping to wear these shoes more as lockdown eases...
