AMC's The Killing - Page 2

Watching right now, so far not bad. Story is moving along slowly. The show and the scenes of Seattle are shot beautifully.

Was not really impressed with the show overall after I finished it. Nothing about it was really compelling. The best part was the cinematography. But not enough to want to view future episodes.

I always reserve judgment until I've seen 3 episodes, it certainly has potential.

While intriguing, I found the ending somewhat cheesy in execution but I will give it a few more episodes. I wouldn't be surprised if Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show) But if they want to hold my interest personally, keep the attractive high school girls coming.

if you turn out to be correct, I would certainly never watch the show again.

Just watched -- really excited for the rest of the season. I thought it was great.

Talk about creepy behavior by the cop with the weed.

It worked though, right? I like how they built him up over the 2 episodes to be a prick but he manages to come through at the end.

Yeah, at first I was like "WTF is he doing?" I thought maybe fake weed and would catch them acting stoned when they weren't.

WHen he put his finger on the one girl's lips. Def a little uncomfy!

Bunch of prudes. The one girl was quite attractive. smh

I'm really confused. The Killing has just aired in the UK, featuring Sarah Lund investigating the murder of Nanna Birk Larsen. I personally thought it was the best crime drama I've EVER seen however there isn't anything in this thread that I recognise. Help!

You probably saw the original, Danish version of the show. This is about the American remake on the AMC network currently airing.
