Fully lined with surgeon cuffs and working lapel buttonhole, side vents. It's flawless except for one tiny rip in the seams on the inside of the right vent - very simple fix with some sewing. Hermes Navy with Red dots Pocket Square 16" x 16" - $$$SOLD$$$[spoiler] Authentic hermes square. Pretty nice design, I'd keep it but I need the money more right now. Silk feels very luxurious and thick, you can tell it's a legit hermes. I'm open to offers on this if you feel the price is unreasonable. 
It has a tiny flaw on the tag, hole from the price tag. Can be seen in the pictures. The silk itself is flawless, basically brand new. I can't find a single flaw other than the tag.
