This seller didn't buy it and then decide he didn't want it. He bought it to flip it. I'm also tempted to post when I see guys pricing stuff in what I feel is a ridiculous manner, but in this case, come on. You've heard of this company Apple, haven't you? You've heard that their products cause strange buying behaviours among certain people, right? Buying a brand new 2nd Gen iPad and then flipping it for a profit isn't exactly uncommon. There's a market for these at his price. That's it. A market. Get it?

Since you're so concerned, Mr. Helper, I'll explain. I mark my place in the three B/S folders by opening (therefore marking as read) the most recent post. I then read the titles until I get to the last read thread that I know I wasn't interested in. Like sales for size 7 shoes or children sized clothing. Just my method of browsing. I found the response to the OP ambiguous, hence the "sarcasm font" comment.

Last time I checked there was no forum rule against posting snarky comments. There is however a rule against posting in your own B/S thread without a 5% price drop. I'm really surprised none of the "no free bumps" nazis haven't jumped all over the OP.

At the end of the day my "thread shitting" and subsequent comments by you and your ilk haven't really done anything other than keep the OP's sale at the top of the heap, which is a good thing for him now, isn't it?


I'd really like you to explain how, from the information the OP had posted at the time, I was supposed to know that it was NIB/unopened/bought to flip. Maybe you're the reincarnation of Carnak the Magnificent though, I don't know you.

I mispoke. There are rules against pretty much anything. I should have said that I think the mods here don't enforce any rules against snark. At least I'm not aware of it. They will, however, threaten to ban you for bumping your own B/S post.

I'm not sure what "above and beyond normal market value for used clothing" threads you are referring to, but then again I already acknowledged that I don't pay close attention to prices in the smaller sizes that seem to be more common here. Most of the items that I've bought have been fairly priced. I certainly haven't seen any threads where the seller was offering used clothing above retail price.

Please point out where I whined and moaned about my lack of knowledge. Oh, that's right. I didn't. You just pulled that out of your @ss as an insult. Got it.

Actually I am quite enjoying myself at the moment. 33K' over Atlantic City NJ and although it's a bumpy flight AirTran has managed to keep the fuselage of this 737 intact. My colleague is taking a SW flight from St. Louis, meeting me in Boston. Hopefully her flight doesn't have the sunroof option.
