In mainland, TW are stereotyped as abusive factory bosses who pay low wages and work workers to the bone in the worst conditions.
I think that depends on who you met, though the recent ones have a stronger Taiwanese identity than before, and some of that leads to a distaste to certain behavior on mainland. I wouldn't call it "culture" though. To me culture is something deeply rooted, passed on through generation. What you see in China now is a representation of the past 50 years, doesn't mean much in 5000 years of history.
I was raised up in different times. Pretty much right at the end of generation where we were still being propaganda ed to one day land to mainland so we can regime change and liberate the Chinese people.
Factory worker is probably one, the other one is Taiwanese man are honey as hell...
