FS: Price Drop - Dunhill cashmere/wool "overcoat", size 48

This is a Dunhill 12% cashmere, 88% wool blend coat purchased 3 years ago. Its unlined, lightweight and a real stunner. The style is casual and its can only be worn without a sports jacket or suit. With a sweater, dark jeans, and brogues, this thing rocks.

Its dark oatmeal (?) color. There some grey in there as well (but its not heathered). It seems to a natural cashmere color, with no dyeing. The pictures are reasonably accurate. There's too much yellow in them, but they're close. Its a 2-season coat: Fall and Spring.

Size is EU 48, but its a snug EU 48, especially if you try and button it. A 46 could wear this and it would probably fit. If you're a borderline 48/50, don't buy it as it will be too tight for you.

Here a few measurements:

Good questions. I just took some measurements and post them, but here they are:

shoulders - 18"
sleeves - 34.5" or 24 3/4" only measuring sleeves and not from the back.
chest - 20"
overall length - 41"

Price is $425, and this includes shipping in CONUS.

You should probably clarify if that's a EU 48 or a US 48.

This.

Also, measurements, material composition would be nice.

I added some information to the post and tweaked some of the description, as it needed clarification. Thanks for the feedback regarding my post! If it needs more elaboration, don't hesitate to let me know. Thanks.

I guess he measured the sleeve length from center of the back...like one does for a dress shirt. Nice overcoat...some one should jump on it.

what's the overall length?

The overall length is 41" And the sleeves are 24 3/4" - only measuring the sleeve.

Don't reply to your thread, as the mods may
delete it without notice. You only need to edit your original
post and reply to your thread to bump it due to a price drop of
5% or more.

After several PMs asking me to confirm that it the coast was 100% cashmere I hunted around and found a material ticket in the pocket, somewhat hidden. Sorry, but I really hadn't seen it before. Until I found the ticket I was sure the coat was 100% cashmere as that's how it was sold to me in an upscale men's shop in Paris, right off Place Vendome. So I'm a little peeved, to say the least. So my apologies to a couple of people who PM'd me about the blend. I've also uploaded a few more pictures that people requested (the material tag for one!) and some pics on the sleeves and buttons. Finally, due to the nature of the blend I'm going to lower the price of the coat to $350.
