Also, I'm still putting together a list for a Modified Kudu Indy. Kudu is a supple and durable leather, very comfortable.

Largest size in Modified last at Lakota House in Tokyo is: 11. And they'll be happy to put whatever size you want on a special order!

I can't tell for sure that it is on the Modified Last from that angle, but it is certainly not one of the standard Alden loafer lasts and I will take your word for it that it is on the Modified. Maybe it was altered to make it loafer suitable (as you know from bespoke, loafers are on different lasts than a laceup for the same customer).
