My friend is think about the epidural shot for the pinched nerve/herniated disc. Bachbeet, how are feeling now? How often do you need the shot? Has anyone had any experience with these shot? If shots don't relieve the nerve, she said doctor then suggested surgery. Has anyone else had experience with the shot?
