Yeah looking now I can definitely spot the floating arm warp in the pictures. I guess I should have looked harder! Also thanks that's great to hear, I do hope to do a lot more transactions on this forum!

Feel the need to chime in here. I apologized to you for being late responding. It wasn't me trying to take your money, I just don't come on here often. I had sent the glasses and assumed everything was done. Like I said in my message to you, the glasses were not in the condition in the pictures when I sent them. I have no idea how DHL works but if it means I have to go back to their store to get them involved, I'm happy to do it. I still have all the documentation from when I shipped. However, that was the shipping method that you requested I use, and it was outrageously expensive to ship them to you. I was offering the glasses for $115 shipped CONUS when you PM'd me and offered $130 to ship them to Canada. It was my fault for not checking the pricing before I went and shipped them (which is why I never asked you for more money) but it came out to $80 just to ship them. So if I were to flat out refund your money I would be down $210 on a product that was exactly how I described it and displayed it when I shipped it. I'm sorry that this happened but I don't feel like I stole your money the way you're characterizing it.

I always feel sleazy participating in internet witch hunts, but isn't this statement glaringly false? The temples are clearly uneven in the second and third pics.

For the record, I've offered him a refund. The only thing in the pictures I posted that I can tell is off now is the floating arm, which I didn't notice. But you can look at the exif data on the flickr link to the pictures and see that the picture was taken 30 minutes prior to me posting the ad, and the gouging on the lenses and scratches on the frame that are apparent in his pictures aren't there on mine. That's why I questioned DHL. If I paid for the insurance and they were damaged during shipping then I felt I had some grounds for them to cover it. Even re-reading my original post I can't find anything that isn't completely true. I'm sorry this turned into such a shitty situation, just want to correct it and be done with it.
