Hi Alex,
Here is a brief rundown:
At the appointment, customer will select the fabrics and we'll walkthrough the style preference with him. We can provide recommendations if required.
We'll then take the body measurements. Photos of customer and notes will also be taken during the measuring process. It's advisable for first time customer to bring a good fitted blazer to the appointment for measurement reference. The key of success here is the experience to take the measurements at the tour and the precise realization of the suits order. We've been taking tour order for over 50 years and we are very pleased that our tour customers are happy with the suits we made for them. Cheers!
