Good quality slim fitting chino or trouser

Hi all,

Any advice on some good retailers / design houses that produce quality chinos / trousers? I just bought some Patrik Ervell trousers (or 'pants' as you Americans call them!) and the difference in quality from run-of-the-mill brands is astounding. I'm based in the UK so I'd prefer to buy from within my country to avoid duties but any obscure decent designers State side are welcome.
