Looks far too formal at the top and far too casual at the bottom. French cuffs with loafers and no socks is not a good match I'm afraid, even with the silk knots. The same thing with a button cuff shirt and open neck or knit tie if you must would be a huge improvement.

Much, much better, Crusty! I personally would have preferred a small pop of color in the PS, but thats a treacherous line to cross with such a bold suit - and kudos to you for walking on the safer side of it.

Good look, thank you for not wearing a solid navy tie with the gingham. If you dont mind my suggestion try a neat pattern, not so small like a marinelli pattern but something a little larger.
