I am wearing a watch and two bracelets. smile.gif kidding, you are right. It's just a slow Saturday and there's not much else conversation here in the thread.

And yes, a Weiss beer with lemonade. I keeps it real on vacation. The rolladen is done in an hour.

Gaaaah. That's Coors! First AB, now Coors? We need to school you in proper beer drinking, sir, and elevate your beer choices to match your wardrobe. teacha.gif

Nothing's inherently wrong with Beer/Lemonade mixed (Radler is very popular in Germany), but Leinenkugel's not a good example, IMO. Lots of added sugars and artificial flavors. You need to have a good Saison, or even a Gose.

Thanks for the tips. I am the first to admit that my beer game is lacking. I have no clue about any of that, as I rarely drink beers. I usually stick to Jack Daniels.

I must concur with this statement, but must also agree with the statements lambasting PBR as worth consumption. There is only one thing PBR is good for: The 2AM briefcase. What is the 2AM briefcase? The 2AM briefcase is a lifesaver, a game, and a measurement device. It is, in fact, a suitcase containing two twelve packs of PBR. Its job is to both allow everyone to keep drinking without stopping and measure just how committed to drinking the members of your party are. It's operation begins at 2:01 after everyone has been forced to vacate the bar. It is at this point that everyone is given one beer from the briefcase. The reason for choosing PBR is because at 2AM, you should already have had enough to drink that you no longer care what you're drinking. If you can't stand the taste of PBR then you are obviously not committed to continuing drinking for the evening, and should go home. If the briefcase is finished before anyone leaves, the game is won.

As a separate note, I must vehemently disagree with the idea that dive bars must serve shitty beer. My best example is the TANSTAFL pub here in DFW. It has no AC, it is cash only, it's dingy and smoke filled, it's falling apart... and yet it has Belhaven Scottish ale on tap. Best dive bar I've ever seen.

Oh, now it all becomes clear! DistintoSignore has figured out what thousands of economists have been wondering about - the US was downgraded due to too many of it's financial employees wearing button down collars.... finally we know.

The sleeves of the shirt are unbuttonend and too wide/long (rtw), so this is to be ingnored.

The first thing I noticed was how well fitting the jacket is. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

You're painting with a pretty big brush, there, sport. I hope it doesn't escape your attention that while you seem to have a problem with Americans in general, we only have problem with you. Either play nice and stay, or take that chip on your shoulder someplace else.

So it's neither dead nor alive 'til you drink it? wow.gif
