HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part III - Page 621

Hi gentlemen.

First time posting in this thread, any comments will be welcomed. I am currently on vacation, so I am wearing this casual outfit just to walk around the city enjoying my free time without any stress whatsoever. Sorry for the quality, as I used the phone´s camera.

Can't really say much based on the angle of your photo.

Knot is 2x too big, and I am no fan of the extreme cutaway.

Of course he is. He said he's going casual today. Pay attention, Spoo.

+1 Knot looks even chunkier because it lacks a dimple.

Luckily for my (scarce) reputation I still do not dare to take pics of myself on my underwear. The pants are cotton Valentini Sartoria.

Hi,

You wear a tie when loafing around on vacation? cool!

Try a four in hand knot for it. The knot seems too large and too formal for my taste.

All else seems good!

Yes. Hit that knot with a shrink ray.

Restaurant Akelarre, San Sebastian, Basque Country, Spain, with the Bay of Biscay behind me H&M linen sportcoatKent Wang shirtKent Wang bicolor knit tieKent Wang white cotton pocket squareKent Wang mother of pearl cuff links This is what I pack for trips. Linen always looks wrinkled, so if gets wrinkled in your suitcase it looks perfectly normal. Knit ties are also impossible to wrinkle. I prefer the point end as it doesn’t look as casual and is more versatile in that respect. P.S. - Akelarre was the best meal of my life.

San Sebastian is a gem. The best city in the world for food, IMO. Book a table at Arzak if you can, it's completely unbelievable.

A plus IMHO. Love the interplay between the pants color and the blue lines in the jacket.

Overall nice look, Kent. The shoulder line on the jacket isn't really clean, but for H&M, that's not too bad I'd say. Only other comment - straight TV fold for dinner at a restaurant? Loosen it up a bit!

I really like this CG - your namesake would be proud. I like how the starkness of the white shirt contrasts with the brighter/warmer tones of beige, tan and blue. In comparisont Kent is dressed very well but it all looks a bit pale and washed out with out that contrast or pop of colour somewhere.

Yes, nice and fresh, CG. We need more info on and pics of the jacket. (One sleeve button?)
