The reason I don't know about Dietrich is the same reason I need to go to the internet to learn how to dress. In it's insane effort to provide their kid's with "what they never had" at all costs, many parents forgot to teach their kids what they need to know. I'm convinced that this is one of the biggest worldview epidemics of the last several generations.
No h8. Love my parents to death.
When I was in law school just a couple years back, 90% of my class had never heard of Bette Midler or George Thorogood. Not quite the same I know, but still it amazes me some of the things people have never heard of. Really… never heard of? What planet are you from? (not directed at you L2B)
I think it does. It's just opinionated, old-fashioned thinking.
Not so sure about the troll part, which is why I've given him the benefit of the doubt. Troll would typically come unravelled by this point and begin an obscenity-laden tirade before going down in flames. I'm sure he's doing his best to hold his tongue, what with his back up against the wall.
In fairness, I did not see the original comment(s) that invoked censure and removal by Citizen Claghorn. So maybe I'm missing an important piece.
