Sorry dude - but as best I can tell from that photo the shoulders are about 2" too wide on each side. This cannot be fixed without a total redo.

I knew it. If the pads got shortened, would the sleeves get shortened too?

screaming for ANY other tie... looks great Panda looks good. as mentioned, undo top button. I'd keep the color combo but switch out teh satin tie to something with more pattern in it and a pocket square would go a long way here. also lowish armholes are revealed! definitely above average though. you haz learned much! color combo seems off somehow, but fit is generally good. either it's the camera angle or maybe that SC could use some waist shaping... suit/sportscoat shoulder should end... where your shoulder end! maybe a little more, but basically around the edge of your shoulder. before I clicked on Spoo's spoiler I read your comment and it sounded soooo dirty.

I'm a little confused here. Where is this so-called "end of shoulder"? just before the shoulder starts to curve/slope down to my arm? or right at the edge of the 90 degree angle? Sorry for my broken English :/

What about the shape of the pads? Are those too boxy? Too roped? Should I remove the pads altogether? Sorry if I seem too anxious. Gonna attend a big event next week and just want to look my best

Exactly where your shoulder "ends" is flexible due to personal taste and head/shoulder size. But general around where your shoulder bone "ends", no more than 1/2" inch beyond or so.

The coat looks like it may be a size (or two) too big. Take a better shot in better light and we may be able to help more.

OK guys, here's some better pics for you to decide whether the jacket, particularly the shoulders, is/are too big or not. Never mind the bulgy knot, button-down with tie, and the unironed pants. I was in a rush. Also added 2 pics of lower body part for you to judge. By the way, how to make knit tie knot less bulgy?
