SB, very much like the combo, that is not my favorite cut on you though. It's a little bit boxy for me.

I love the shirt, tie, and suit, combination. The pocket square seems put if place to me. Maybe it's my monitor, but it seems to be in dark, saturated, colours, that just don't tie in with the pastels in the shirt and tie. In its own, with the suit, I like it.

To be fair, in the U.S. we need the assault rifles to protect ourselves from the neighbors down the street who have bazookas and cruise missiles.

thanks for the thumbs yesterday.

the rule breakage is strong today: dark trou, light tie... just felt like having a bit of fun.
edit: oops, sorry for the upside down photos. will try to correct later; on phone.

100% thrifted/ethrifted/0% retail, by me or others here on SF.

MF's last comment has it right: you can find nice stuff if you are discerning and spend wisely. if you are buing off the rack, it doesnt much matter if that rack is in a salvation army or Barney's. You need to get something tat fits and then get it tailored.

Yes, I know people are going to use this as ammo to tell me to slim my trousers (among other alterations i should have done). and thats fair. i'm still trying to find the balance between #menswear acceptance, cost and, candidly, crotch comfort.
