I have a strong jaw so experimenting with less of spread but more collar height. White linen PS not seen.

That's a very nice collar. Who made it?

Amazing stuff... Gianni is always so nice and so complimentary towards people. Then he shows up and puts us all to shame! :)

There's certain things about this look which are not going to be for everybody, but they are TOTALLY Gianni and therefore works 100%.

The wetness that has characterized the entire weekend is currently in retreat. At least the temperatures are not the frigid ones from this past winter.

Favorite cotton jacket, taking off for quick NYC visit!

MF, Gianni, and Thumbers, thanks.

MF, the semi-spread collar is from mytailor (Hemranjani). Fortunately, they're receptive to my OCD about details, and got the specs right on dimensions. I know Luxire is the SF darling right now, but Joe and family have been really great in my experience, and price point/quality has been good. For blue shirts, will go for soft lining so it "rolls" a bit to the lapel if that makes sense.

Today: Trying to push the wool ties a few more weeks before the weather warms up (if it ever does).

And mimo, good to see you back, mate.

Autofocus failed me today, so just the close-up shot:

I'm starting to think that's the path I might take should I get shirts made any time soon. I'd be happy, and look alright, with something like a Brooks BD collar with stay pockets instead of buttons. I worry it would be a bit '70s with the lapel widths I like, but I probably like Chic more than the next guy anyway.

Very nice HF, is that a suit or a SC?

Same question Tweedy. Looks very nice indeed.
