HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part III - Page 4909

I know that your question doesn't require knowing which shoes I'm wearing, but just FYI they're dark brown.

Crat, the combo looks okay from a distance because the jacket doesn't looked checked, but up close it's a bit crazy.gif

However, I have already sent Luxire an email and asked on the exact details of the collar.

It's order #5067.

I'll get back to you once I have the information.

And btw, thanks for all the thumbs up in my latest post!!!

Wow! 19 thumbs on yestersdays fit. You are most kind.

Today is a white shirt day. The SC is from Raffaele Caruso. Wool/mohair. Subtle checks.

Tie is new. Wool. Made in Italy for Ströms.

I'm sure you have mentioned this before, but who is the maker of those shoes?
As always, your attire is colorful, imaginative, and cool.

All of your attire postings are superior. But, this has to be one of your best. The (seemingly) simple color combination is perfect.

Thank you for the kind words.  The boots are by Polo.

NYC escaped snowfall last night, but is still gripped in wintry cold, hence the continued use of three-piece flannel suits . . .

Wow Crusty, that's beautiful!

SB; This is subtle sophistication at it's apex, for sure.  I have a peeve about 4-in-hands with spread collars;  I think that you would be better served by a full windsor.  Also--I am curious about (what appears to be) a very high buttoning point on the SC.  Is that a 3-button?  Even is so--it appears that the lapel lines of the coat would be ruined if it were to be buttoned.  Maybe I am some ignorant noob and that button hole is actually a distant cousin of a ticket pocket and served some purpose a hundred years ago and I am unaware of how cool it really is, or maybe it's just the way you are sitting.  Either way--I am curious

Toning it down a notch. Almost all solid with a single pattern and some texture.
