Another nice suit, DC! I must say i really admire your feel for combining textures and colours, but personally i think that many times your choice of footwear is letting you down. Most of your shoes appear rather clunky and for example, i would have enjoyed this fit even more if you'd opted for something more elegant.

Yeah, I think those pants need to be shortened or cuffed.

I think some monkstraps would have been wicked cool with that fit!

The suit looks really nice. It compliments your build very well too, I think.

Looks great! Where's that jacket from? I've been trying to find one with that material but without any luck.

Thank you very much for the pictures.

But I have to thank you for your kindness, really. Whatever you need are at your disposal.

Cheers, I got lucky on that one-  It's Brooks Brothers-  prob 9 oz & with a half lining so it's quite lite.  If u want to go MTM or bespoke there's patterns like it at Huddersfield Fine Worsteds in  wool-silk.

Very cool suit, Roy.

As someone who has played around a fair bit with poses, might I suggest you try another one? I've noticed that what feels natural generally looks natural, and your neck is turned the opposite direction of your body. We probably wouldn't stand in that position for more than a second or so without turning our body to face what we're looking at. Also, if you were to move the camera to the left some, turn your torso toward it, you'd probably capture better light.

Thanks, both for the suggestion and the appraisal.
It's true, I have move around a bit, lokking for the best light and a pose that is less unflattering.

I'll see what I can achieve.

Pliny and DC, really nice fits. Needed to compliment besides the thumbs up. Is a double compliment allowed?

Anyway, new suit and new tie. I don't think the tie works, but I was in a hurry as the 9AM schedule on a Monday is a killer.

Suit is not at all shiny IRL, must be the flash. Fabric is Bower and Roebuck in a very subtle pattern.

yep! totally agree; I think black american footwear with heavy soles might not be the way to go. a cool burnished brown maybe? also, because jacket is cut a bit longer, why not take a pinch out of the leg to help elongate the line a bit? great suit regardless, DC, this is one of my favorites.

Thanks for all the comments on the Friday fit, much appreciated!

I finally got around to having this third Caraceni suit altered. The working buttonholes made lengthening the sleeve somewhat of a pain, but in the end it worked out OK.
