HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part III - Page 4764

@GMMcL - That jacket is really special, but I feel the tie might be a sartorial bridge too far.

Every time I see someone with those HY flannels I pine a little bit more. Very nice, CD.

I don't necessarily disagree. I went through many ties and liked the colors best with this combo, but the scales are bordering on too similar. I will likely go solid next time -- perhaps off navy or gray.

Pal Zileri by Zegna, I think
Panthy
D'Avenzati (though, if I'm honest, I lost my nerve at the last minute and decided to swap them out for Martegani dubmonks that I felt better about exposing to the snow)

Greatly liking this!

I love your fits CD! That's a very nice tie, but more importantly, is that the 'perfect button down collar' right there?

@ClarinetPlayer: nice jacket and PS

@GMMcL: makes me want a gun club tweed jacket or suit even more.

@Beneven: would love to see that jacket's fabric in person. very interesting.

Thank you all for yesterday's thumbs, here is today's fit

The suit is a little older and far more traditional/ loose than what I'm used to.

Jacket ends at the knuckles and is rather loose and the trousers have a higher rise than most others that I own, very comfortable though :)

Surprisingly I still have pocket flare, even though the trousers are almost baggy for my standards and they are hanging from the suspenders just below my navel. Not sure why.

Well, the continued cold has finally broken me.  I’m putting on a sweater and getting countrified.

Cheers,
