Could be your stance, but the jacket looks too small in the chest in these pictures.

I am trying to justify this orphaned suit jacket that I thrifted a couple months ago.
I like it a lot and feel I can in fact wear it without looking like I don't know how to dress. I've paired it with flannel trousers and anchored it with a cutaway royal oxford and toned down cashmere tie.
Unfortunately, although I am sure it is a very nice coat, I agree with @sugarbutch. The jacket is just too suity to wear with odd trousers. Almost anything with a vertical stripe in it, other than true boating blazers and maybe certain Ivy-tastic tweeds, will look like one half of a suit. And please don't pair this with jeans, the discord in formality is too much.
That jacket is really great, but I wonder if this is one of the few instances where gray trousers are not the optimum choice. Could be different IRL though.
Realized too late that the scale of the shirt pattern had a clashing problem with the vertical stripes of the jacket:
