I have an old vintage suit in a cloth that looks pretty similar. What weight (approximately) is the cloth? My suit is probably 16-17 oz which means I can only wear it two-three months a year fi I'm not going to melt.

i wish i could get on board with the flat bottom knit ties. i often like how they look on others, but i can never get myself to try it.

I felt the same up until recently when I decided to purchase one. Now I'm starting to like it.
Some places offer knit ties with point end also.

Can you give more details on that process? I have a used Zegna DB jacket that smells and would like to get rid of the odor.

#1, and it also depends on your proportions. I'm 5'8" and usually need a 38S because the 38R is often too long for my torso. Overall height only gives part of the picture.
