Autumn is approaching rapidly here in Melbourne. But that could mean a high of 35C or a low of 10C, or both in the same day. So I paired a warmish (wool/silk/cashmere) jacket with linen pants for ventilation.

Coxsackie, nice jacket, I don't like the tie though.

Thanks for all the thumbs yesterday. Almost reached 20 to qualify for Clags thread.

X-post from the challenge.

Finally a good spot in the office for fit pics. Unfortunately the sensor of the Iphone has a limited dynamic range and thus the light blue shirt and the grey PS  is washed out.

suit is mtm, I'm not happy with the chest, there's a bit too much fabric that makes a crease right in front of my arms. Is there anything I can do about that?

Thanks for the feedback Dudesman. What type of tie would you suggest for this fit?

Not sure why the colours came out so dark in this shot.

Spandexter--details on the shirt?

Dadudeson--those shoes definitely let down the rest of the fit. Pin stripes very business. 3 piece and Prince of Wales tie up the formality. Then brown brogued beaters. Would've worked better with something black or cleaner

Spandexter, Cleav, Clabs, SVB,,  CD, Coxsackie, GN, Holdo, Stitches  Butch- lotta win this thread last couple days :slayer:

daD-  u mean the drape in the chest?

I like it -   not to mention  it's a legit look with a long pedigree.  Not much u can do about it if u don't like it, AFAIK, but  (without seeing it buttoned) I think the fit of the jacket's nice.

BTW there's a like Slovenian? downhill skier at Soichi with a waxed tache-  :satisfied:  God bless

The Friday Challenge is a blue, but non-navy blue jacket or suit. Here is my entry. I had originally thought that I would go with light brown shoes, but opted for black instead. I post photos of both, and you can judge for yourselves the wisdom of my decision (or lack thereof).

@upr_crust I prefer the brown shoes personally, but the black choice reflects your anglo sensibilities...HF will be pleased.
