^ You're too kind mate, thanks. Got a man compliment this morning, not really keen on the guy, fair to say we're not bosom buddies so his kind words in front of others left me floundering umming and ahring, doh!

Depending on how your green sweater (which looks grey here) matches up with the green in the tartan I'd suggest a different colour of trousers to avoid all that green and blue. But that's just me.

Yeah, that's about right.  I was going for a two tone look.

Really? I thought they were into Roland drum machines and broken 8-bits, of all places the MC end should appreciate the classic rock n roll sound of an 808 (the green one) haha

And yes, AAS, I do play guitar--music is in fact my day job. Unfortunately no one ever thinks to buy me Hi-C juice boxes :(

I believe the stereotype for MC guys suggests that we'd have carved-top hollowbody connected to a ridiculously expensive single-channel amp with George Ls.

Well…there are a lot of doctors and lawyers around here haha. I play mostly Gretsch guitars--is that high end enough to stick around? I could show you pictures but this doesn't seem like the proper venue.

Versatility is the theme of my instruments and equipment: in my line of work it is necessary to make the guitar sing or scream at any given moment, hence the two overdrive pedals. :slayer:

Tie's in a bit of a mess there (lol) but there's a softness and looseness about it shining thru that looks great.

Despite the tricky dimple grenadines look best narrow IMO -  something to do with the knit-like appearance, so a broad cut in this weave that u see so often in the Hober thread is :plain:.  But again, for me thiis one's an exception.

So can I ask u something?  u can bespeak 2 Hobers in 3-fold for the price of one of these... How does the Cappelli stack up against other grenadines?
